For Rosie I wanted to do a sexy, strong look to match her personality. I decided to go with a black smokey glitter eye. For her eyes I used the matte black and gray colors for her lid and blended it upward towards the crease. Then to complete the look I topped her eyes with the NYX gunmetal glitter. I added bottom lashes to make her eyes pop!
